We aim to publish useful, source-linked guidance while making uncertainty, geographic limits, and commercial boundaries visible.
Source and scope rules
We record what a source supports, when it was checked, and whether it applies nationally, to a state, to a service market, or to a specific locality. Broader evidence is not relabeled as a city-specific fact.
Numbers and prices
Advertising prices, diagnostic fees, estimates, completed-work invoices, payouts, and call data are different kinds of information. We do not combine them into a single price claim without a defined method and matching scope.
Updates and corrections
A new source does not silently rewrite every live page. Material corrections should identify the affected claim, recheck its dependencies, review the resulting change, and preserve a rollback point. A verified public correction channel will be added with the planned domain transition; until then, no unverified email address is presented as monitored support.
Commercial independence
Commercial inventory can help prioritize which user questions are researched. It cannot create facts, local coverage, provider quality claims, prices, ratings, licenses, or editorial conclusions.
