Commercial disclosure

Provider and compensation disclosure

Useful guidance comes first. A provider connection is a separate optional path and is never evidence for an editorial claim.

Independent providers

Providers reached through the site are independent third parties. They are not employees or agents of this site. A connection does not guarantee that a provider serves the address, accepts the requested work, is available at a particular time, or offers a particular price.

How compensation may work

We may receive compensation when a call placed through an eligible page meets the provider network's qualifying conditions. The disclosure appears before a phone number. You do not pay us for placing the call, but you should ask the provider about all diagnostic, dispatch, minimum, after-hours, estimate, labor, material, and other charges.

Editorial separation

Offer status, payout, phone endpoints, call duration, qualification, and revenue do not become price evidence and do not determine what a guide says. Safety guidance overrides conversion.

What to verify before hiring

Confirm address-level service, the exact work scope, applicable license and insurance, price terms, permits, cleanup, warranties, and how changes will be approved in writing.
