When requesting help, name the affected rooms and ask whether the proposal includes measurements and a prioritized correction plan rather than an equipment-size assumption. Climate zone, solar orientation, housing form, insulation requirements, duct location, and local energy codes shape the appropriate remedy and cannot be inferred from a city name alone. Compare rooms at the same time while noting open registers, closed doors, sun exposure, floor level, thermostat location, and whether the imbalance is new or has always been present.
