Provide the recorded sequence and ask that the company isolate the stopping signal before quoting controls, airflow work, electrical parts, or sealed-system repair. Mild shoulder weather, severe cold, utility cycling programs, multi-zone design, system sizing, and local electrical conditions can influence apparent cycle length. Log whether the indoor and outdoor sections start and stop together, what the thermostat displays, and whether ice, restricted airflow, unusual sound, or a protection trip accompanies the cycling.
